Local Muslimah fashion boutique, Ummu Iman Hijab Boutique with a slogan, “One Stop Hijab Outlet”, was established in 2013 where the first initiative was via online and then decided to venture beyond the online space. The founder, Dk Hjh Nurul Huslina Pg Matahir, constantly seeks to improve the service in order to deal with increasing competition from online stores and to keep up with local market trends. The boutique sells instant scarves, long dresses and the best-selling prayer-ready scarves with the collections of very own designs as well as health and beauty products which use natural ‘daun Bidara’ (lote leaves). In the near future, the boutique will release its own collection of Muslimah sports outfits and hijabs in order to boost up women’s health.
